Senior B2B Growth Marketing Specialist

Are you passionate about the marketing automation and have your finger on the pulse of the latest strategies, tools, and tactics? Do you enjoy creating customer focused demand generation programs?

The Expedia B2B Growth Marketing team is based in locations all around the world and is responsible for building and developing relationships with hotels and properties to constantly align our product offering to our traveler’s demand. We are looking for a Senior B2B Growth Marketing Specialist who excels defining and delivering on marketing strategy and execution.

As a Senior B2B Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, execution, and measurement of data driven and highly personalized automated integrated marketing programs focused on delivering value throughout the partner journey.

You’ll work with marketing automation teams and analytics teams to define program goals, requirements, and deliver program designs and tactic deployment. The role requires deep subject matter expertise in the tools and processes used to enable delivery at scale.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop programs aligned to partner’s needs throughout the partner lifecycle that align to business priorities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and programs targeting key segments within our customer base via our marketing automation tool, Marketo

  • Translate business objectives to specific, actionable, and measurable program goals

  • Create alignment between data science, product, analytics, and marketing automation teams on program plans

  • Interlock with our Account Management sales team to ensure ongoing agreement of priorities, adjusting strategies and plans to accommodate changing market conditions and emerging opportunities

  • Create program designs employing digital tactics targeted to engage multiple marketing persona types to meet business objectives

  • Partner with content teams to create tactic assets aligned to marketing personas’ needs and preferences

  • Work with marketing automation teams to conduct A/B testing of messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates

  • Partner with our analytics team to establish, forecast and report against key success metrics

  • Drive marketing initiatives in alignment with our business objectives - managing this across a globally matrixed organization

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years of marketing automation and 2 years of demand generation in a digital marketing environment

  • B2B experience, though candidates with extensive experience with B2C marketing automation programs driven by customer data will also be considered

  • Possess a deep understanding of campaign management and demand creation processes

  • Experience creating programs in Marketo marketing automation software

  • Enjoy insight gathering and data analysis from multiple internal and external data sources

  • Passionately strive for better

  • Strong project leadership skills, and a track record of successfully delivering complex marketing automation programs

  • Proven creative skills (e.g. written and/or design skills) to drive personalization, compelling value-based messages that are locally relevant on a global basis

  • Strong forecasting, tracking, and reporting of campaign performance and their budgets

  • Excellent project management skills with a bias toward action

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Excellent problem-solving ability with the ability to dive into the detail but also see the big picture

  • Strong adaptability skills and capacity to change approach or strategy as needed to adjust to a changing environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent related professional experienc
