Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an impact-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a Personalization platform to power new ML-first experiences for millions of users across Expedia brands and lines of business.

What you'll do:

  • Own the entire product life cycle including opportunity sizing, requirement definitions and roll-out

  • Define the vision and strategy to build a robust ML platform to support new personalized experiences across Expedia brands

  • Turn this strategy into a roadmap leveraging best-in-class technology to deliver impact against short term and long-term goals

  • Define product requirements

  • Partner with engineering, data science, UX, marketing and other product teams

  • Develop new processes to reduce tech complexity and reduce time-to-market

  • Build new partnerships and scope new use cases to deliver business value

Who you are:

  • A recognized leader with a bias for action and an ability to influence senior stakeholders through excellent communication skills

  • Comfortable designing technical products leveraging data, ML and AI

  • Talented in relationship building, able to navigate complex organization situations and multiple point of views to ensure alignment on the most pragmatic solutions

  • Possess financial acumen to fully understand daily business performance, to build financial models to assess opportunities and to balance short term and long term priorities

  • Familiarity with personalization and ranking algorithms is a plus

  • 7+ years relevant experience in product management including 3+ years shipping Data, ML and AI-centric products

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience


The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $173,000.00 to $242,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $277,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
