Creative Optimization Manager

We are looking for Creative Optimization Manager for the Mobile & Paid Social Organization. This hybrid role is the connective tissue between creative and business, collaborating with brand and market leads, publisher partners, creative agencies, and product stakeholders to drive efficiencies in our processes and scaling creative insights and optimization through automation. They also own the planning, implementation, and optimization of Awareness Paid Social marketing campaigns in both established and growing global markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in both performance and brand marketing, with a heavy emphasis on biddable, digital channels.

What you'll do:

  • Efficiently maximize Expedia's Group investment on social media platforms, driving awareness and affinity for a key Expedia Group brand

  • Establish and own processes with the internal creative team; effectively communicate mobile + social channel best practices for performance marketing creative

  • Work closely with Ad Tech and Analytics partners to develop and implement sophisticated creative automation and optimization solutions

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for global awareness campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, and other social channels

  • Propose & develop full-funnel test strategies in with DR leads, including how to incorporate LTV and true value measurement

  • Analyze campaign and creative performance data to provide meaningful insights

  • Partner with Brand, PR, and Organic Social teams internally to support Paid Social Brand initiatives

  • Define areas of opportunity, build business cases, and present data-driven recommendations that improve marketing and business practices

  • Mentor team on creative process

  • Identify areas of cross-brand creative optimization

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience on social platforms; direct-response/performance marketing experience a must

  • Bachelor's or Master's in PR, Communication or related field; or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience leading multi-channel Paid Social campaigns globally, with significant budget

  • Deep understanding of the creative process

  • Advanced analytical ability with a strong understanding of and A/B testing methodology across multiple variables (creative, targeting, bidding, optimization, etc.)

  • Comfortable aggregating data and inputs from multiple sources to make a recommendation

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
