Sr. Program Manager, Paid Social

Expedia’s Paid Social Organization is looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive our emerging UCG/Creator Ads program. This role will own cross-functional projects & prioritization among stakeholders including: Product & Technology, external ad partners (Meta, TikTok, etc.), Creative & Brand, Affiliates, and more. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with multiple functions and teams across Expedia Brands and B2B organizations, influencing innovation on capabilities, tools, and experiences to generate traffic and sales for Expedia, inspire travelers, and create monetization opportunities for content creators.

What you'll do:

  • Build relationships with vendors, advertisers, and support teams to develop systems and strategies to support UCG/Influencer Advertising

  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to identify process gaps and drive projects for sustained improvement, prioritizing automation and self-service

  • Manage multiple parallel projects working with marketers, designers, developers, business leaders, and external vendors

  • Be a subject matter expert on Paid Social UGC advertising for internal/external partners

  • Manage end-to-end process and mechanisms including defining prioritization criteria, schedules, stages and gates, and stakeholders’ role and responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Marketing team to effectively execute roadmaps on time and with minimal defects

  • Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets

  • Uphold standards and best practices methods

  • Ensure the creative team focuses on priority projects, knows the project vision, objectives and requirements

  • Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management

  • Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede designers and other stakeholders

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Experience with advertising/merchandising methods and strategies across channels

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $173,000.00 to $242,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $277,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
