We turn data-driven insights, partner success stories, and relevant solutions into compelling campaigns for B2B audiences. The team of B2B marketers supporting Expedia Group Media Solutions is looking for a growth marketing professional to develop and execute campaigns to promote TravelAds. The ideal candidate will manage digital, email and database marketing to drive TravelAds acquisition, retention, and engagement with hotel audiences.

This role will create campaigns that generate leads and grow revenue, while flexing digital marketing muscles across multiple channels. The senior growth marketing specialist will be responsible for full-funnel campaigns that span multiple platforms such as marketing emails, paid media, social media, website, and more to engage TravelAds audiences.

This role will be part of Expedia Group’s B2B marketing team, and will work closely with creative, digital, content, growth, product marketing and sales enablement as well as with Expedia Group Media Solutions sales.

What you'll do:

  • Build an understanding the Media Solutions business, objectives and offerings to partners, as well as target audiences and needs

  • Develop campaign messaging and content with product marketing, content and creative; identify targets and channel mix

  • Collaborate on campaign strategy including objectives, messaging, targeting, segmentation, and creative; incorporate input from marketing and sales stakeholders

  • Manage campaign development and workflow execution with stakeholders, with clear roles and responsibilities, timing of deliverables, and dependencies

  • Collaborate with the creative team including copywriters, editors, and visual designers to create and finalize the campaign assets and content

  • Build and edit workflows and assets, such as marketing automation emails and landing pages including templates; execute the campaigns and manage optimizations

  • Partner with additional channel owners and marketing stakeholders to promote the content across marketing and sales channels

  • Analyze campaign performance and data through reporting tools, tracking toward goals and reporting to stakeholders

Who you are:

  • Experienced in managing and producing B2B digital and email marketing campaigns

  • Familiar with a global work environment and with producing localized content

  • Experienced in working with marketing automation programs like Marketo

  • Experienced in working with B2B sales teams and CRM platforms like Salesforce

  • A strong performer with exceptional organizational and communications skills

  • Adept at managing several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to be agile and tackle the ad hoc as needed, ideally with grace and humor

  • Collaborative and a team player across functions and teams

  • A college graduate and/or experienced with digital marketing or equivalent

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
