Senior People Technology Analyst - Workday

Imagine someone who knows Workday like the back of their hand, seamlessly meshing with various teams and turning those "I wish we could..." statements into "Look what we did!" tech wonders.
What you'll do:
Dive head-first into designing, analyzing, and developing projects
Transform Expedia's global requirements by refining our Workday platform
Get hands-on! Design, configure, and roll out Workday module changes
Think holistically to identify opportunities around policies/ processes to increase efficiency across organizational boundaries
Assist with a whole systems approach to analyze issues by ensuring all components (structure, people, process, and technology) are identified and accounted for
Researches and analyzes complex technical data using statistical methods
Join our cross-functional team to tackle system and integration glitches and ensure our data's right
Engage with our Devs, Product Masters, Tech Gurus, and Support Engineers to make those tech dreams a reality
Support backlog refinement, spring planning and delivery of committed work, by providing technical suggestions, estimating required effort, identifying risks and dependencies, and surfacing impediments
Proactively reach out to meet peers across the environment and collaborates to solve problems
Craft epic runbooks. Think of them as your tech recipe book for system TLC
Who you are:
Rocked Workday HCM, Time & Absence or any additional module configuration for about 3-4 years
Shows off by crafting snazzy Workday reports and dashboards
Flaunts that Workday/Workday Pro HCM or Time & Absence badge (although if you haven't, it's cool – show us what else you've got!)
Impress with your stellar communication game
Keen on pursuing automation and data integration opportunities
Earned a Bachelor's or Master's in info science, comp sci, or business or rocked the real world with equivalent experience
Helps coordinate stakeholder input and collaboration efforts when developing solutions to issues
Thinks broadly and understand how, why, and when policies/processes are standardized and when they differ across the organization
Good understanding of Agile Methodology, Software Development Lifecyle, SOX Compliance and experience in tools like Jira & Service Now
