Senior Procure to Pay Global Process Manager

As a key member of The Finance transformation team, the Senior Procure to Pay Global Process Manager will focus on EG Procure to Pay process re-engineering, requirements definition, process analysis and design, workflow analysis, and developing as-is and to-be business processes.

What You will Do

  • Lead P2P system implementations across the full SDLC lifecycle, including robust documentation, while meeting deadlines and budgets

  • Lead conversations with cross-functional leaders and CPOs about Expedia's strategic agenda for P2P

  • Lead teams throughout implementations, including design sessions, technical design, and build

  • Translate business requirements to technical solution designs using a solution design document and leading practice system design principles

  • Work with System Integrator/Software Vendor and Internal engineering to design the optimal end-to-end procurement solution to maximize the value

  • Seamlessly integrate with an Expedia Group IT organization and be agile in meeting their internal requirements

  • This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams such as finance, legal, and IT and will work collaboratively with global category team members for regional execution of global category strategies

  • Has oversight on solution design, end-to-end solutioning, security, and compliance

  • Effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field of study

  • 6-8+ years of S2P or P2P system implementation experience (Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, or similar software strongly preferred)

  • Experience with multiple full-lifecycle P2P technology implementations

  • Technical knowledge across full P2P functionality: catalogs, purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice receipt/ handling, OCR, invoice processing, payments, procurement policy definition, etc

  • Knowledge of the P2P landscape and technologies such as Coupa, Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Concur, etc. Deep technical knowledge of Coupa, Ariba, or Ivalua functionality, development, and data integrations (CSV, API, etc.) is strongly preferred

  • Ability to execute the full scope of leading practice System Development Lifecycle activities – functional and technical requirements, solution design, interface, and system build, testing cycles, training, and deployment

  • P2P subject matter expertise and meaningful insights to share during the process and solution assessment, finance transformation, vendor selection, and implementation

  • Ability to capably run a technology implementation, which includes managing people, developing teams, and coaching more junior team members

  • Familiarity with spend category management, vendor rationalization, and spend analytics will be preferred

  • Effective organizational skills and managing multiple and competing priorities/ projects effectively

  • Help in developing executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people

  • Ability to maintain and enhance the Expedia culture, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, and demonstrate the Expedia Group Core Values each day

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically

  • Highly motivated, collaborative person with a distinct 'Can-Do' attitude

  • Eligibility to work in the United States

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
