Expedia Group’s B2B Partner Marketing Team is dedicated to developing and executing innovative and effective partner marketing strategies and campaigns to reach, engage, and nurture our partners and prospects. Within this organization, the B2B Brand & Creative team is responsible for cementing Expedia Group the world’s leading travel tech platform and setting the strategic approach and execution for partner marketing campaigns.
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Integration, an enthusiastic person who can contribute to a team environment and wants to be part of an evolving organization. This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills.
The role will work cross-functionally, bringing together teams from across Expedia Group from strategists, creatives, producers, integrated marketing and product marketing leads, brand leads, commercial, product and partners. A high degree of cross-collaboration across the organization is needed, and the successful candidate will excel at relationship building.
What you’ll do:
Contribute to the Expedia Group B2B annual plan and communications to support major moments and always-on programs
Manage brand workstreams with support from our creative partners
Drive communications for ensuring creative objectives are well defined and appropriately carried out
Partner with B2B Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Comms, and internal collaborators to act as a key brand point of contact and integration with the creative group
Strategically lead the cross-functional team of B2B brand leads, creatives, producers and strategists in the planning and implementation of marketing communications priorities
Craft the Expedia Group annual conference narrative and keynote outline in close partnership with comms, product marketing, content strategy and sales teams
Drive efforts related to B2B brand unification, partnering closely with creative, program managers, internal comms, Sales Enablement and PMM on program rollout
Develops brand-led communications, including brand taglines and a repository of hero messages
Champion the synthesis and cross-functional communication of B2B brand health metrics and insights
Lead and collaborate with creative on key workstreams across the creative process from inception to completion
Author and review business and campaign briefs and creative briefs
Provide input to ensure campaign and creative deliverables are meeting objectives
Conduct brand audits to identify areas of improvement
Support budget management at an annual and quarterly basis in partnership with production
Who you are:
You have 8+ years of relevant experience
You are an integrator, and someone who can lead and motivate teams around a key idea
You have strategic and critical thinking skills, and an ability to see the “big picture” while also diving into details
You are comfortable pitching ideas to C-suite executives
You are adept at using data to make appropriate decisions on trade-offs and prioritization
You understand what makes great creative for a brand and have familiarity with graphic design, visual identity, and creative concepts
You are resilient and constructive when faced with change, and are able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances
You are well-organized and detail-oriented
You have excellent written, visual storytelling and speaking skills who can communicate effectively, concisely, and tailor a message appropriately
You have an ambitious personality who is open to helping with any task

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $146,000.00 to $204,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
