Operations Associate (HR Domain)
In this role, you will be a part of Global HR Operations organization that is responsible for providing simple, scalable, and efficient core HR services to all Expedia employees worldwide. This includes delivering front line employee support, processing high volume transactions, and improving many aspects of the employee experience via insights sharing.
As the Operations Associate for the HR domain you will provide direct support for employee related activities queries received via a ticketing tool with a focus on delivering an outstanding employee experience, processing transactions with high quality and proactively identifying ways to improve service delivery.

In this role, you will be a part of the Global HR Operations organization that is responsible for providing simple, scalable, and efficient core HR services to all Expedia employees worldwide. This includes delivering front line customer support, processing high volume transactions, and improving many aspects of the employee experience.
What you’ll do:
Provide excellent employee service by effectively evaluating employee/HR requests in ServiceNow and promptly responding to the issue in a high-quality manner within defined SLAs
Provide troubleshooting support for resolution of complex transactions, procedural issues, and data issues; identify related HRIS system issues for escalation
Audit and verify accuracy of data entered by running and analysing reports
Build process flow & procedural documentation to improve overall operational performance where required
Identify areas to improve service quality and timeliness
Identify when an issue might impact other employees and escalate to supporting teams to drive resolution
Who you are:
2+ years’ experience in any Customer facing Ops process
A highly customer-orientated approach, committed to achieving excellent levels of customer service
Able to communicate effectively in a multi-channel environment (e.g., voice, chat, email, case management, etc.)
Demonstrated initiative to build and improve processes
Constantly have a growth mindset – open to quickly adapt to changes
Demonstrate ability to manage several tasks and meet deliverables with minimal error
Determine the relative impact and urgency of individual tasks
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and especially Excel
Keen to be a part of test and learn projects
Ability to interpret and understand HR data is a plus
