Senior Brand Planner

Ready to join a brand planning team leading some of the world's most recognized travel brands? In this role, you’ll be part of a passionate team pushing to improve the experience for all travelers, everywhere. We’re looking for people to set the strategy for communications and inspire teams to develop ground-breaking creative thinking that drives the brands and businesses forward.

In this role, you will play a critical role in brand planning for some of the world's most recognized travel brands and be part of a world-class team pushing to make better experiences for travelers everywhere. You will help position our brands in the minds of travelers, make strategic choices about what should be communicated and bring clarity and inspiration to creative and cross-functional teams through focused briefs.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify the motivations behind traveler decisions in priority markets around the world

  • Assess opportunities or challenges for our brands that result from changing conditions in the category or the world at large

  • Position our brands to be distinct and meaningful in the minds of travelers

  • With input from cross-functional partners, identify the elements of our businesses and products that best support each brand’s positioning

  • Develop a clear POV for each brand that informs its tone

  • Bring clarity and inspiration to creative teams and other partners within the company through succinct briefs

  • Work in partnership with creative teams internally and externally to shape the creative work

Who you are:

  • 4-6 years in creatively led organizations focused on advertising

  • An ability to identify insights in research that can reframe how people understand a problem

  • An ability to think laterally in solving communications problems

  • A mastery of distilling and organizing information into succinct ideas and presentations

  • An understanding of marketing fundamentals and brand frameworks

  • A love of crafting strong arguments and defending strategic choices

  • Have an ability to nurture and guide the development of creative ideas
