Senior CRM Capabilities Manager - Incentives
Expedia Group is looking for extraordinary talent to join the Traveler Engagement and Loyalty Team to drive the future of traveler communications, build relationships and engagement with travelers through ownership of the One Key Loyalty program, credit card, and direct-to-traveler communications, which results in active member growth, app downloads through owned channels, and increased revenue per traveler.
This role is a unique mixture of marketing expertise and product knowledge to bring the most powerful communication platform for the travel industry into existence.
What you'll do:
Lead one of our key digital marketing integration projects and identify new ways of working that will enable the Traveler Engagement and Loyalty Team to deliver a new, game-changing customer loyalty and incentives strategy
Collect, define, and refine future capability sets to empower marketers to used best in class tools that enable our travelers to enjoy incredible experiences by collecting and redeeming the Expedia Group loyalty currency - OneKeyCashTM
Provide essential strategic leadership and guidance to the rest of the the Traveler Engagement and Loyalty Team, and drive successful execution of our product vision by working in partnership with relevant Product and Technology teams
Participate in discovery sessions with project teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, goals and pain points, as well as technical requirements needed to support solution implementations
Engage with technology teams on data infrastructure, process, tooling, governance, and feedback loops
Scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating, and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process or product changes
Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions
Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery
Support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of stakeholders, users and travelers
Who you are:
Proven experience working in Loyalty, Incentivization or CRM focused role, with experience working on a complex loyalty program or platform
Experience with structuring customer and business problems and solutions to address, determining tangible actions and driving forward the execution of initiatives to solve problems
Previous success leading marketing integration projects, building strong partnerships and relationships with clients or stakeholders in a wide range of roles and levels, across the business
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly
Strong relationship and facilitation skills both within diverse engineering and global cross-functional organizations
Cross-functional project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and advance projects requiring sales, engineering, and product stakeholder support
Natural ability to develop relationships and influence without authority across all levels in an organization, from senior executives to individual contributors
Product or product marketing background is nice-to-have
Experience with Salesforce products nice-to-have

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $146,000 to $204,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
