Air Operations Manager
Are you a customer experience champion with a passion for driving change through data and storytelling? Expedia Group’s Traveler and Partner Service Platform team is looking for a high-energy, motivated individual to support a portfolio of service experience initiatives. We are looking for someone who will join our team of air customer operations experts dedicated to delivering service experience that cultivates loyal relationships with travelers.
What You’ll Do:
Harness the power of qualitative & quantitative data to determine areas of improvement to agent and customer experience
Devise methods & procedures to measure & assess customer satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness of changes
Leverage multiple sources of data & insights to evaluate for service experience improvements and stitch it into cohesive business cases or business requirements
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive issue resolution and prioritization of enhancements to air operations processes and policies
Move quickly and deliberately, using data to guide decisions
Who You Are:
You’ll fit this role if you have:
At least 2 years’ experience in air travel and customer operations
A passion and curiosity for digging through data points to discover improvement opportunities and an understanding of how data storytelling can help influence change
A strong, collaborative spirit
A good understanding of Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or other similar tools
A flair for leveraging both Excel and PowerPoint (or similar tools) to tell stories with data
Excellent at managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks/projects, setting goals and meeting deadlines
