Our People Analytics & Experience team is rapidly growing and is looking for a Product Developer with strengths in Data Scientist and engineer, and who is skilled at Data Visualization and Storytelling, to collaborate on the next generation of analytical products. Our team converts raw data into metrics, visualizations, and insights to better understand and positively impact the organization's health, culture, and employee experiences.

As a Product Developer, you will be a part of the Scalable People Analytics team, working closely analytics consultants, the data platform team, and COE stakeholders to build our next generation of accurate, fast, and scalable analytical and Data Visualization tools which solve strategic, employee-related business needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead small, well-defined projects and serve as a supporting member on complex projects while actively identifying inefficiencies in existing systems.

• Develop scalable products (such as Tableau dashboards, Excel tools, and Python/R scripts) that enables business leaders to make data-driven decisions.

• Build Data Visualizations with a data journalistic mindset.

• Stakeholder Management: Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and business context. And provide accurate, timely, contextual, and thoughtful responses to stakeholder requests.

• Construct accurate and comprehensive data stories with limited supervision.

• Build and maintain products in production environments using public/hybrid cloud infrastructure.

• Conduct tests and inspections of products or processes to evaluate quality and performance.

• Work collaboratively within the team using Agile, version control, and best practices.

• Write clean, maintainable, optimized, and modular code.

• Act as a geographic lead for our team members in the Gurgaon Office.

Who You Are:

• Experience developing dashboards with Tableau or other interactive Data Visualization products required.

• Experience coding required, with a strong preference for experience in predictive modelling in Python or R.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and data visualization required.

• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field or have equivalent professional experience.

• A strategic thinker with strong business acumen capable of creative problem solving to identify opportunities and challenges.

• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders.

• Agile Learner – having a Growth Mindset and the ability to independently upskill into new skills, tools and processes as they arise is essential.

• Able to switch between working autonomously or collaboratively as needed.

• Experience in the HR space a plus.
