The Accommodation Process Manager, with expertise in CRM, oversees the implementation and optimization of the commercial processes within the Accommodation Inventory area, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing AI-Powered efficiency. In this, You’ll be instrumental in transforming our commercial processes to scale faster, gain in efficiency, make our processes more customer and partner-centric, by implementing solutions that drive and support our ambitious growth.

What you will do:
The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers.
- Process Analysis and Optimisation: Conduct in-depth analysis of current commercial processes to identify bottlenecks, areas for improvement in efficiency. Map out existing workflows and propose, document and test new optimized and data-driven solutions. Automate workflows to reduce manual efforts, minimize errors, and accelerate time-to-market. Stay abreast and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and refine our approach.
- AI Integration: Identify and implement AI Powered solutions in order to automate tasks, analyze data, and deliver personalized partner communication.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead and propose initiatives, to streamline commercial processes, by working closely with Sales, Account management, Marketing, Operations and particularly Salesforce teams, as well as other support functions outside of the Inventory area (eg Tax, Legal, Finance etc). Gather feedback and ensure solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Training & Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to Inventory teams on new processes and AI tools, ensuring smooth adoption of changes and processes among team members. Create the documentation and best practices guide and bring support to users.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of commercial processes improvements and AI implementations.
What you need to succeed:

- Proven 2-Years Experience: As strong project management skills, preferably in the sector, with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to successful implementation. Project management certification is a plus.
- AI Acumen: Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with AI tools and their application in the sales environment.
- CRM Capabilities: Strong understanding of CRM platform (Salesforce is a plus), configuration, and customization.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code, streamline development processes, and enhance productivity.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
- Collaboration with AI: Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as “pair programmers” to complement traditional software development practices.
