We have just entered the market for Rail - with great ambition. We are looking now for a Strategy Manager for the team. Rail is a unique value add for our Prime customers, and we are uniquely positioned to win in this market. You would lead the strategic thinking and drive the execution of key initiatives on rail as part of its cross-functional leadership team

What you will do:
As the Strategy Manager for our pivotal rail market entry initiative, you will be the central strategic leader responsible for defining the path to success, with our Prime customers at the core of every decision.
Your mission will be to transform a significant market opportunity into a high-performing business reality by.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic thinking on our Rail product
Develop and champion the core strategic hypotheses on what it takes to win and establish market leadership in the competitive rail OTA space. These hypotheses must be laser-focused on delivering unique, compelling value to our Prime customer base.
Formulate a comprehensive strategic framework that outlines critical success factors, competitive differentiation, and phased market approach.
Define and prioritize the essential analyses, data requirements, and research necessary to rigorously validate or pivot on strategic hypotheses and inform high-stakes executive decisions.
Lead and orchestrate complex analytical efforts by coordinating seamlessly with diverse teams across the organization, including Revenue Analysts, UX & Consumer Research, Data Science, Business analysts, BI, and Marketing.
Act as the primary challenger and quality control point for all analytical output. You will review, sanity-check, and critically assess findings to ensure unimpeachable accuracy and strategic relevance.
Synthesize complex data and analytical outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations, including robust opportunity sizing and financial modeling (e.g., ROI, market share potential).
Communication of key findings and recommendations to the highest levels of the organization, including the CEO and Executive Team.
Your ultimate objective is to persuasively present data-backed recommendations and successfully secure executive buy-in and resource allocation to execute your winning strategy.

Lead the execution of the main Rail initiatives:
Once your recommendations have been accepted, you should follow up on this and lead their execution with key stakeholders

Create and review business cases to support strategic product decisions:
e.g. what is the right market to access next with our rail product; What is the right Prime subscription model to win in rail; etc
Elaborate the Rail budget and track business performance:
Owner of the Rail business KPIs - ensure deep understanding together with your team of analysts (including suggesting new KPIs to track and having the appropriate reporting tracking in place);managing the budget inputs and tracking of performance against budget

What you will need to succeed:
3-6 years of experience in a top-tier strategic consultancy firm
Outstanding analytical skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on mentality, a problem-solver
Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online companies will be highly valued
Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
Outspoken and proactive
Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences or Economics. (Master in Business Administration would be desirable)
Business Proficiency in English C1-C2
