What you will do:
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

We are seeking a SDOPS manager who is as passionate about people as they are about processes. You aren’t just managing tickets; you are managing the ‘face of IT.’ You’ll empower your team to solve complex problems with empathy, turn frustrated users into fans, and use data to tell the story of how our team enables the rest of the company to succeed.

The Challenge & Your Impact: The core of this role is leading a transformation and building a high-performance culture. We are looking for a “Culture Architect” who can raise the bar, address underperformance with transparency, and ensure the team—the ‘face of IT’—takes pride in setting and meeting clear standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support & Daily Operations: Responsibility end-to-end of the full stack based on defined KPIs and SLAs.
  • Identity Management: Oversee user management support, starters/leavers processes, and credential access.
  • ProcureDesk: Manage equipment, storage, purchasing, and the life cycle of devices.
  • Endpoint & Apps Management: Manage corporate devices, security, operating systems, and identity integration.
  • Lead for Impact: Inspire and lead a cross-functional group of experts, fostering a culture of high performance and rapid execution.
  • Drive AI Innovation: Leverage AI and automation to improve internal productivity and quality of service.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strategic Toolkit: 5+ years in a leadership role within IT Operations or Service Management.
  • Team Builder: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate complex operational strategies and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Proven Leader: Experience with budget management and driving improvement in fast-paced digital environments.
  • Data-Fluent: Exceptionally strong analytically, comfortable finding the “so what” behind data.
  • Drive & Accountability: Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and determination to achieve ambitious operational and strategic objectives.
  • Language: Fluent English level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into software development workflows.
  • AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code, streamline development processes, and enhance productivity.
  • Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
  • Collaboration with AI: Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as “pair programmers” to complement traditional software development practices.
