Digital Advertising Account Manager (Parental leave replacement)

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Account Manager for Airline and destination clients. You will be responsible for a partners portfolio, managing and executing all related advertising campaigns and establishing successful business relationships to ensure partners reinvestment.

This is a temporary position to cover a parental leave.

What you will do:

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Digital Advertising Account Manager in the Advertising team you will be in charge of:

  • Build commercial relationships with our partners in the online advertising space within a defined portfolio.
  • Assist Sales Managers to increase YoY contract value of the assigned accounts.
  • Campaign execution: oversee the implementation and management of campaigns across various digital channels, making sure they are optimized for success. Direct relationship with AdOps team.
  • Review of sales media plans to ensure the best placement of existing products in our media proposals.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign data, and provide regular reports to clients on campaign performance, ROI, and other metrics.
  • Provide partners with timely and accurate reporting as well insights to further develop their campaigns.

  • 2+ years of key account management experience within the digital advertising space preferably from the publisher side.
  • Ability to analyze and draw meaningful and actionable insights from data.
  • Ability to handle multiple partner’s campaigns.
  • Proactive, results driven and with a high level of client relationship management.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • University degree related to Business/Tourism and Marketing, Advertising or E-Commerce or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient English and in French.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the travel or the airline industry.
  • Experience with SalesForce.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into software development workflows.
  • AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code, streamline development processes, and enhance productivity.
  • Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
  • Collaboration with AI: Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as “pair programmers” to complement traditional software development practices.
