What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As an UX Writer within the cContent Design team, you will be in charge of:

  • You’ll be involved in projects from start to finish, bringing your expertise to ideation, creation and implementation phases
  • Crafting great UX copy, shipped quickly that helps our customers succeed in their goals
  • Proactively work to ensure excellent service to these highly valued individuals;
  • Creating simple, elegant solutions to complex content and information architecture problems
  • Working alongside other English copywriters (reporting to the Head of Content) to create content design standards and frameworks
  • Working to the eDreams style guide
  • Sharing best practices with the team and colleagues across the business, proactively seeking to improve processes
  • Working with product designers, UX Researchers, developers and business owners to define and deliver the best experience for travellers
  • Communicating your proposals to key stakeholders including C-Suite executives
  • Iterate content based on research findings and feedback from colleagues
  • Explore and refine concepts and develop them to the best solution quickly, without losing time and effort.


What you need to succeed:

  • You are English-native able to write to an English-native level
  • Your command of the English language will allow you to write and create quality content that gets results
  • You’re a UX writer with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience
  • Ability to work with G-suite;
  • You have experience working with CMS platforms
  • You know the importance of creating consistent experiences
  • You are used to working alongside product designers
  • You’ll be used to adapting your content to achieve a specific goal
  • You can work with external suppliers such as translation agencies
  • You understand the importance of user research and can reflect your learnings in your content
