CRM Intern (Hybrid Model)

We're seeking an experienced CRM intern to join our Media Service team in Barcelona (Hybrid Model) to to execute CRM campaigns for several of our Key stakeholders, mainly Media Services team and Prime. You will also help the CRM team in their daily tasks and will be able to participate in core CRM campaigns and projects. If you're ready to soar, we're ready to take you there.

What you will do:

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Coordination and execution of the email communications campaigns related to media services (campaigns for our partners such as airlines, tourism board,...).
  • Coordination and execution of the email communications campaigns related to Prime exclusive fares and offers (campaigns for our partner airlines).
  • Work to improve the campaign coordination process, main KPIs, execution and general performance of these communications.
  • In charge of brief specification, copywriting, url integration, tracking, validation, sending/publishing and reporting of Media Service Campaigns.
  • Participation in regular catch up with Stakeholders involved in the process to ensure collaboration and best practices sharing.
  • Assist the CRM team on other tasks & projects (newsletter campaigns, calendar planning, reporting & monitoring).

What you need to succeed:

Good to have

  • Studies related to online/digital marketing/communication or similar.
  • Native fluent in English. Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
  • Excel (advanced), Google Analytics (basic)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Team player, enthusiastic individual with highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative & proactivity, ability to identify problems/obstacles, make recommendations and follow through with solutions.
