What you will do:

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As an Ancillary Partnerships Specialist in the Ancillaries team you will be in charge of:

  • Identify, evaluate and prioritise new product propositions and/or features to improve existing portfolio.
  • Support in creating, maintaining and managing high-level partnerships with suppliers of ancillary products, ensuring contract compliance and performance improvement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. product, pricing, marketing, legal, finance, procurement, etc.) in the implementation of new business opportunities.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the products.
  • Perform tracking of the products under your responsibility and work together with the analytical team in identifying patterns, new trading opportunities and product underperformance, ensuring plans are in place to achieve goals.
  • Assist in the analysis of trading deviations vs budget, and build the necessary supporting documentation to present to senior stakeholders
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape, industry trends and players.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • 3+ years of experience building successful partnerships, ideally in the travel industry.
  • Preferably an advance knowledge of the travel industry trends and players
  • P&L management
  • Negotiation and partner management skills.
  • Track record for delivering successful initiatives.
  • Critical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • High customer orientation
  • Organised and self-starter, methodical with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder, at all levels, and project management abilities.
  • Full proficiency in English
