What you will do:

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a CX Training Lead (Sales) in the CX Team you will be in charge of:

  • Assess training needs across all functions for front office, back office, online, and offline.
  • Design, deliver and evaluate training for both technical and soft skills.
  • Create, manage, and maintain all training content.
  • Conduct regular knowledge tests, analyse results, and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Work with quality and operations to understand agent training needs.
  • Responsible for maintaining a current training calendar roadmap.
  • Conduct regular onsite visits to certify trainers, provide train-the-trainer session, and co-facilitate sessions as needed.
  • Facilitate workshops and development sessions as required.
  • Keep up to date with knowledge of our products, pricing, promotions and procedures.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong training content design ability.
  • Proven experience delivering training about sales and retention strategies.
  • Deep understanding of training processes and methodologies.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
