As a CRM Project Manager, you will join our marketing team based in Barcelona, and will have the opportunity to deliver value across all areas of the CRM team, building new features for our email and push notification communications, using data to drive towards individualised experiences for our customers.


Main Job responsibilities:

  • Coordination and execution of technical, cross functional projects, both within the CRM team and with other departments.
  • Work closely with the CRM IT team to deliver complex technical projects, new features and optimisations for the CRM Operations team.
  • Work closely with the operations team to manage the implementation, QA, testing and launch new features with the help of the technical operations executive.
  • Proactively search for opportunities for improvement in our current touchpoints, striving to be best in class.
  • Be an evangelist for the technical optimisation of communications and touchpoints, aiming towards 121 personalisation for our customers.



Required skills and experience:

  • 2 years experience in Project Management.
  • Experience with Agile methodology a plus.
  • Studies related to online/digital marketing/communication/analytics or similar.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Excel, SQL (basic/medium level a BIG plus).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
  • Team player, enthusiastic individual with highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative & proactivity, ability to identify problems/obstacles, make recommendations and follow through with solutions.
