Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor media team KPIs: ROI, ROAS, advertising impact, and media mix
- Analyze advertising investment distribution and optimize resource allocation
- Identify performance deviations and implement corrective action plans
- Develop executive dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders
- Conduct predictive analysis and forecasting of advertising results
- Extract campaign insights and propose continuous strategic improvements
- Negotiate commercial terms and strategic agreements with enterprise partners
- Manage key client portfolio and identify growth opportunities
- Represent Despegar at industry events and travel & advertising conferences
- Develop high-impact commercial presentations and client proposals
- Oversee campaign execution across platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business, programmatic
- Coordinate briefs and ad creative production with design and traffic teams
- Manage advertising inventory: website banners, app push, newsletters, external media
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in media sales, digital advertising, or business development
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills, especially at a strategic or executive level.
- Proven experience in KPI analysis, campaign optimization, and enterprise account management
- SQL for data extraction and custom reporting
- Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Metabase, Google Analytics, Tableau
- Advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, programmatic buying
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and data analysis skills
- Results-oriented with quantitative goal management
- English (advanced) – required
- Portuguese – considered a plus
