Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new accounts in global markets.
- Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of our products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to drive growth.
- Understand client needs, adapt proposals, and deliver value through tailored solutions.
- Manage large accounts, interact with, and close negotiations with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams (product, finance, marketing, among others) to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and client solutions.
- Identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities across the region.
- Monitor results, measure performance, and independently report progress.
- Attend trade shows or industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in commercial roles, including prospecting and business development. (B2B sales or business development in travel wholesale preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Spanish (desirable)
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills, especially at a strategic or executive level.
- Demonstrated capability in consultative sales and building long-term business relationships.
- High analytical skills to present insights, reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and travel.
- Being based in Eastern or Central Time is desirable.
