We are looking for a Coupons Specialist to lead the coupon strategy, governance and performance framework across the company, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Product and local teams. This role operates as a Center of Excellence, bringing structure, visibility and clear standards to ensure coupons are used in a consistent, incremental and business-aligned way.
Coupon Strategy & Governance
- Define the global coupon framework, including budget ownership, rules and usage principles.
- Bring order and visibility to a lever that is currently fragmented across teams and countries.
- Ensure coupons are aligned with business objectives and customer value proposition.
Quality Standards & Approval Processes
- Define minimum quality criteria for launching coupons.
- Design a simple, clear and robust approval process.
- Establish common KPIs and post-evaluation standards.
Performance, Incrementality & Best Practices
- Define the measurement framework to assess incrementality and avoid cannibalization.
- Analyze coupon results to identify true impact and optimization opportunities.
- Ideate new types of coupons and use cases, based on benchmarks and internal research, and lead their development and experimentation by leveraging cross-area resources (eg., CRM, product & IT teams)
- Systematize and share best practices on which offers work, for which audience and at what lifecycle moment.

- Clear and structured communication with regional and local stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in Growth, CRM, Performance Marketing, Pricing or revenue-related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating commercial impact.
- Experience working in multi-country, cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of coupon mechanics or incentive strategies is a plus.
- Structured, autonomous and impact-oriented profile.
- Portuguese is a plus.
- SQL, Power BI, Insider (nice to have).
