Who you are:

You are data-driven and passionate about driving growth through experimentation. With a strong analytical foundation, you excel in leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize strategies. Your approach is user-centric, always prioritizing usability and the customer journey to ensure our growth efforts resonate deeply with both our hosts and our guests. Adept at cross-functional collaboration and adaptable to the dynamic digital landscape, you are ready to lead our platform's growth by aligning tactical execution with our broader business goals for maximum impact. Your approach aligns with our commitment to transforming vacation time into extraordinary experiences.

Growth at Boutique:

You will be tasked with growing our nights booked by exponentially increasing the number of people who find Boutique, discover the value it offers, and make it an indispensable part of their lives.

Bring the world to Boutique - You will make sure we show up everywhere customers might need our service. When customers google “vacations,” (whether stylish, luxury, boutique, etc.) we need to be there. When they ask a friend where they look for vacation homes or boutique hotels, they get a referral code toward their first stay. And no matter how a customer discovers Boutique, as the architect of growth, you will make sure their first experience with us is a success, and by attracting a steady stream of shoppers to the platform, and converting them from shoppers to travelers, growth becomes the lifeblood of our success.

Connect customers to everything we offer - You will make sure that travelers discover a robust, intuitive marketplace with an array of price points that maps to their real needs. You will lead the effort to get customers to their first order, removing friction for users across their journey. At times this may mean introducing or upselling existing features; at others, this will require building net-new features to help users discover the value of Boutique.

Change the way they shop for travel - You will focus on driving long-term value by building trust and encouraging behaviors that enable useful, delightful, and habitual use of Boutique (e.g., “look here first” and automating their annual - or more frequent - vacation planning process).

What you bring to the job:

  • 4+ years in Product Management at a technology company with 1+ years of work on a growth product team
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Being able to analyze data to glean insights, measure the effectiveness of various strategies, and make informed decisions is foundational. A data-driven approach ensures that growth efforts are grounded in reality and can be scaled or pivoted based on tangible metrics.
  • Experimentation and Testing: The willingness and ability to constantly test hypotheses, iterate, and learn from both successes and failures. Discover new growth levers, optimize user acquisition and retention strategies, and ultimately find the most efficient paths to scale.
  • Strategic Thinking: Align growth initiatives with the Boutique’s broader goals, and not just tactical execution but also the ability to see the bigger picture, prioritize initiatives that will have the highest impact, and adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions or business objectives.
  • Background in engineering, data science, growth marketing preferred

About the Job:

  • Partner with engineering, and design, marketing, sales, finance, to develop strategy and drive execution that help people discover and make Boutique their first choice for planning their vacations.
  • Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences - within teams, users, etc.
  • Drive day to day execution of product initiatives that align with short, medium, and long-term strategy while communicating updates to all relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring decisions, on-boarding, and mentoring new PMs to make them productive members of the team quickly.
