Role Overview:

Offering a great flight booking experience is one of the key priorities of Booking.com. We aim to make it easier for everyone to find and book the right flight, with the ambition to create a whole new way to experience air travel that’s convenient, intuitive and ultimately more traveler-friendly.

The Flights Product Marketing team is responsible for identifying and assessing opportunities to enhance our product experience and bringing new flights features and services to market. The team's main objective is to help grow the business through increased conversion rate, engagement and revenue. In your day-to-day work you will directly partner with a wide range of commercial, product and other collaborators to create attractive B2B propositions that make a positive impact on the business.

You’ll report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager in Flights, who will support you in your growth and development. You will also have the opportunity to engage with the wider Product Marketing community for support and resources.

The ideal candidate has commercial affinity, pragmatic approach and strong ownership. While you will have a supporting team around you, it's important that you can work independently to find opportunities and are comfortable to engage a wide group of collaborators to drive execution.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Represent the needs of airlines & suppliers while protecting the interests of Booking.com
  • Define the positioning and value proposition for our B2B product portfolio
  • Inform and play an active role in the roadmap definition and prioritization
  • Provide ongoing feedback to product teams, aggregated from multiple channels
  • Influence your partners using data, analytical thinking and structured presentation skills
  • Proactively manage collaborators across the organization to influence and share information, through the right medium, at the right time
  • Create end-to-end go-to-market strategies for B2B campaigns
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop sales enablement assets
  • Validate value propositions with target segment through qualitative and quantitative research methods

Role Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in product marketing or similar strategic marketing role
  • Proven track record in taking end-to-end responsibility of marketing B2B products, from idea generation to execution
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple departments and partners
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Ability to use data and facts to make decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills (verbal & written communication)
  • Curious, solution-oriented and result-driven approach
  • Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team
  • Strategic problem solver, able to balance long-term vision with short- and medium-term goals
  • Commercial skills (e.g. sizing business opportunities)
  • Preferably have experience working with product teams
