Job Title: Account Executive - Indian Subcontinent

Role overview:

Do you enjoy taking ownership and being responsible for your own internal business portfolio? If your answer is “yes”, you might have the determination to be the next Account Executive at our outstanding Bangalore office!

You will be responsible for advising and consulting its most valuable accommodation partners in Sri Lanka in regards to their business performance, market opportunities and industry trends. You will empower partners on how to use the system, tools and available products of with the goal of optimizing their performance on the platform and crafting an outstanding experience for’s customers.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Presenting effectively: you can clearly express ideas and information to others and flex your style according to the specific situation and audience
  • Leading your market: you excel at evaluating local market characteristics, trends and drivers, and you effectively prioritize and lead the performance of a portfolio of accounts to business value
  • Identifying and articulating Partner needs: you are capable to build value for Partners by identifying, clarifying and prioritizing partner needs
  • Formulating and positioning solutions: you enjoy crafting a great outcome for everyone, creating customer value for partners, matching needs to relevant offerings and presenting these in compelling ways
  • Gaining dedication: Moving partner conversations forward and lead conversations to a successful outcome
  • Representing you can exhibit professional behavior and act as a role model of the values before, during and after interactions with partners
  • Self-awareness, leading and developing yourself: Achieve business goals and make the difference in interacting with partners by recognizing the emotions of oneself and of others and to use this information to guide thinking and behavior

Role Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of validated experience in Sales OR Account management role
  • Proficient in English. Proficiency in Tamil or Sinhalese would be appreciated.
  • Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry;
  • Proactive, sense of responsibility, friendly and can work independently;
  • Accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail;
  • Phenomenal teammate, motivated, flexible and open to change;
  • Positive demeanor;
  • Availability to travel upto 25% of the time;
  • You already live in India and have a work permit to work in India.
  • This role is based in Bangalore, India.
