We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic SE Team Lead (m/w/d),or our Nordics region, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team


Your role in BizAway
As a Team Lead, you will guide a 6-8 team of Outbound full-cycle Sales Executives to success. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Leading negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Implementation (as part of your onboarding, you will carry a personal quota)
  • Raising the bar for your team to consistently meet revenue targets
  • Forecasting new business revenue, giving full visibility of your team’s deal pipeline
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure a smooth activation and handover of signed accounts
  • Collaborate with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality, in a positive feedback loop.
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.



Your basic qualifications

  • You have an excellent level of English, both written and spoken
  • You have a native level of Swedish / Norwegian / Finnish / Danish
  • You have at least 3 years of successful track record as a top-performer AE in a tech company
  • You have at least 1 year of experience as a people manager
  • “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
  • Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
  • Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
  • Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Previous experience in Fintech / Travel / Scale-ups
