We are looking for
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals (m/f/d) who are keen to enter the exciting travel industry and wish to secure a role as a Junior Travel Agent through a structured learning path. Successful candidates will take part in the BizAway Service Talent Programme.
The Role and the Service Talent Programme
The BizAway Talent Program (Service Edition) is a paid, full-time 8-week training program specifically designed to provide you with the fundamental knowledge and skills required to become a Junior Travel Agent, launching your career in business travel. Your role will involve dedicated learning and hands-on application, supporting the expert travel team and ensuring a seamless, high-level customer experience.
Your role in BizAway
- Client Assistance: Provide support and consulting to clients for the organisation and planning of business trips (flights, hotels, transfers, etc.).
- Booking Management: Make and coordinate travel reservations using company platforms and/or booking software.
- Documentation: Prepare and provide detailed information on travel requirements, destinations, visas, and insurance.
- Customer Service: Respond to requests and provide quotes via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem Solving: Manage and resolve last-minute issues or changes related to travel, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records of bookings and communications within company systems (CRM/GDS).
Your basic qualifications
- Education: A University degree (or current enrollment in studies) in Tourism, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of English (required as the base language).
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, or German.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in an organised manner under pressure.
- Familiarity with computer systems (Microsoft Office suite) and an aptitude for learning new software (e.g., travel booking systems).
