We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Accounts Receivables Accountant (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Finance Team.

Your role in BizAway

• Raising and sending invoices to customers
• Processing credit memos and refunds on respecting deadline as per company policies
• Handling customers’ inquiries regarding billing issues
• Assist with the analysis of past due accounts and credit collection efforts
• Internally support other teams’ inquiries regarding billing and receivables topics;
• Support AR Team on various topics Guarantee
• Client satisfaction in terms of invoicing process

Your basic qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven work experience as an AR Accounting Specialist or similar role.
• Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation.
• Experience with Oracle Netsuite is considered as a plus.
• Exceptional time management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Good knowledge of spreadsheet programmes (Excel)
• High level of English and Italian.
