We are looking for
A driven Senior Employee Experience & Talent HRBP to support the evolution of our organizational culture and global talent strategy, reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture. This role is for an influential business partner who can safeguard the employee experience throughout their entire journey at BizAway—from first touchpoint to final farewell. You will be the central architect of an engaging and supportive workplace, translating our company values into a world-class employee experience. If you are an exceptional communicator with a knack for integrating talent management, culture, and business objectives to create top-performing, highly engaged teams, you will thrive in this pivotal role.
Your role in BizAway
- Champion and promote a positive organizational culture embedded across all HR practices.
- Help foster a positive end-to-end employee experience from on to off-boarding, developing and driving action plans and events to boost morale, connection and belonging
- Provide support for human capital evaluation and integration processes during potential M&As
- Lead the design, development, and refinement of global Talent Management frameworks (Performance; Succession; Development; Career Plans; Internal talent mobility).
- Design and coordinate leadership upskilling programs and other development and training activities.
Your basic qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience implementing Talent Management frameworks (Performance, Succession, Development, Career planning)and overseeing Employee Engagement efforts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent public speaking and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Demonstrated ability to use talent and employee experience analytics to guide strategic decision-making and into clear, achievable talent and culture solutions.
- Confident working with cross-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-changing, dynamic environment; resilient and adaptable
- Detail and execution oriented, structured, and organized with strong project management skills.
- Collaborative, approachable, and proactive, with an outstanding service-minded approach
We are also interested in
- Experience with Organizational Culture, Employment Branding and / or Internal Communication is a major plus, as well as Change Management approaches in scale-up companies.
- Good management of Excel or Google spreadsheets and Presentation design tools (preferably Canva or Google Slides)
Travel Requirement
This role will be required to travel approximately 15-20% of the time.
