We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Enterprise sales Lead (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team
Your role in BizAway
As an Enterprise Sales Lead, you will have a player-coach role, leading a small team of Sales Executives
focusing on the Enterprise segment, and closing deals yourself with selected high-value accounts.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from first touchpoint to implementation (As a TL you will carry a personal quota)
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to generate a pipeline.
- Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.), engaging with multiple stakeholders in a long sales cycle.
- Support the CS team in the account onboarding process
- Lead a small team of Enterprise SEs to ensure achievement of quarterly New Business quotas
- Work with SEs on high-value deals, helping them navigate the complexity of these negotiations
- Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your (and your team’s) pipeline on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with the SDR Team to improve lead generation quality, with positive feedback

Your basic qualifications
● Excellent level of English, both written and spoken (Italian is a plus)
● At least 3 years of experience as a top-performing AE selling to large accounts
● Solid track record in an outbound sales environment
● Ability to navigate complex negotiations, with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
● “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
● Hunger: You are not afraid of challenges, and you are eager to raise the bar every day
● Proactivity: You actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
● Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
