We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive - French Speaking (m/w/d) , who desires to
contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
● Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
● Onboard new corporate clients of our platform, to make sure they are 100% up and running
● Craft high-level onboarding documentation like user guides, videos, training materials etc.
● Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets
● Monitor and report existing and potential threats, to help us mantain our 0 churn rate
● Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
● Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
● Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and
enhance growth.
Your basic qualifications
● Fluent level of English, and native level of French, any other language between Italian / Spanish / Portuguese /German Dutch is a plus.
● 1+ year experience working in a B2B account management / customer success role
● Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day
● Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistake
● Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
