Airbnb was born in 2007 when two Hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 4 million Hosts who have welcomed more than 1 billion guest arrivals in more than 100, 000 cities and towns located in 220+ countries and regions across the globe. Every day, Hosts offer unique stays and one-of-a-kind activities that make it possible for guests to experience the world in a more authentic, connected way.
Airbnb was born with a creative spirit, and it’s one of the most defining parts of our culture. We use our curiosity and imagination to come up with unconventional solutions. These are the ideas at the core of Airbnb:
Job Overview:
As a Senior Program Manager within the Policy team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our global efforts. Joining the Policy Products team, you will be instrumental in shaping our policy conversations as we navigate over 180,000 jurisdictions worldwide.
We’re looking for a strategic and systems-minded Senior Program Manager. You'll own the delivery and evolution of our campaign infrastructure systems, ensuring that local teams have the tools, playbooks, and processes to win in the field. You’ll also lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate AI and CRM tools that improve our ability to scale quickly, target intelligently, and engage more effectively.
Responsibilities:
Manage the roadmap and cross-functional execution of the Policy CRM and AI workstreams, including the rollout of Political Intelligence and campaign management tools.
Collaborate closely with the Policy CRM and Political Intelligence Manager to incorporate user feedback from 150+ global campaign team members into product priorities.
Lead regular reporting and insights sharing on workstream progress, blockers, and success metrics.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, CRM, and political technology—and translate these into opportunities for the Policy team to scale smarter and faster.
Requirements:
At least eight years of experience in public policy, marketing, or operations experience.
Demonstrated experience in program or project management, ideally in a fast-paced and complex environment, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse functions and teams, bridging the gap between functions that seem to speak different work languages, and fostering productive partnerships to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
Personal integrity that reflects Airbnb’s core values and commitment to diversity and belonging.
You have a passion for Airbnb and the mission of the company.

We believe a diversity of ideas fosters innovation and engagement, and allows us to attract the best people, and to develop the best products, services and solutions.
